Co budeš dělat
- Evaluate incoming project requests and clarify requirements together with Account Management and Customer Success teams
- Coordinate and allocate researchers to projects based on availability, capacity, and project priority
- Maintain a clear overview of researcher bandwidth across multiple parallel projects
- Prioritise incoming work using defined criteria (e.g. urgency, complexity, commercial relevance) and communicate realistic timelines internally
- Identify bottlenecks in the project flow and support improvements in handover processes
- Support the implementation of automation and tooling (e.g. HubSpot workflows, Zapier, AI-based solutions) to reduce manual coordination effort
- Work closely with Research Leadership to improve overall operational efficiency
Koho hledáme
- You have 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or resource planning, preferably in a market research company
- You are comfortable working with a high volume of parallel requests and can stay structured under time pressure
- You have strong prioritisation skills and can balance competing demands based on clear criteria
- You communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders across teams
- You are comfortable making and explaining decisions based on capacity and priorities
- You enjoy working in fast-moving environments where priorities can shift quickly
- You have a hands-on, pragmatic mindset and a strong affinity for structure and processes
- You are proficient in English ; German is a plus
