- Responsible for managing all processes related to the introduction of new products to the market and ensuring their successful entry into the reimbursement system. The role combines strategic planning, cross‑functional coordination, launch readiness management, and active market access activities with the objective of maximizing availability, competitiveness, and commercial success of the portfoli
- Lead and coordinate the entire new product launch process in accordance with internal standards and defined timelines.
- Prepare and manage launch plans, including forecasts, pricing strategy, launch support activities, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Finance.
- Monitor competition, market trends, and regulatory developments affecting launch strategies.
- Prepare and present regular launch status reports to senior management.
- Manage all processes related to reimbursement submissions, including preparation of documentation, coordination with external partners, and communication with authorities.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies in line with legislation and the company’s commercial objectives.
- Monitor legislative developments, reimbursement mechanisms, and changes within the healthcare system.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the market access environment (payers, medical societies, hospitals, distribution partners).
- Evaluate the impact of reimbursement decisions on business performance and propose optimization measures.
Koho hledáme
- University degree, preferably in pharmaceutical, scientific, or economic fields.
- Proven experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement processes, or launch management.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the generic or hospital segment.
- Knowledge of reimbursement legislation and the healthcare system.
- Experience with reimbursement submissions and communication with authorities is an advantage.
