• Basic understanding of construction documentation

• Proactive approach and willingness to learn new things
• Secondary school or university education in construction is required
• Proficiency in Czech (minimum B2 level). Proficiency in English is desirable
• Right to work in the Czech Republic.

Co budeš dělat

• Supporting project managers in the management of construction projects
• Preparing and checking documents for budgets and schedules
• Working with project documentation and document records
• Preparing meeting minutes and following up on related tasks
• Comparing data, offers, bills of quantities and other project documents
• Communicating with contractors, designers and other members of the project team
• Supporting work in a CDE environment, such as Dalux, BIM platforms or other document management systems
• Getting involved in topics such as fit-out projects, ESG requirements, sustainability, BREEAM/WELL or EU Taxonomy, depending on the type of project
