Koho hledáme

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates or young professionals welcome)
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills in cost controlling, financial analysis, and reporting
• Basic understanding of industrial or manufacturing environments (gained through internships, projects, or trainee programs)
• Flexible, hands-on team player with a support mindset, able to work across multiple plants and step in when needed
• Languages: English - intermediate, Czech or Slovenian – basic.

Co budeš dělat

• Supporting Operations Business Partners and Plant Controllers in day‑to‑day and ad‑hoc financial topics, acting as an extension of the controlling team
• Analyzing financial performance across plants (inventory, working capital, costs) and provide insights to support decision‑making
• Contributing to cross-plant reporting, planning, and ad‑hoc analyses, ensuring consistency and transparency across the region
• Supporting and improving controlling processes, including participation in initiatives such as S/4HANA implementation

O pozici

You will be part of the regional FP&A Operations team, working closely with production sites. While based at one location, you will support multiple plants across Europe. You will focus on collaborating with plant controllers and operations teams, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to support decision-making. You will also help standardize and improve controlling processes and reporting across the region. In this role you will support key financial topics such as inventory and working capital, ensure consistency across sites, and contribute to cross-plant analyses. You will also provide hands-on support where needed and help strengthen financial transparency and performance.
