- Several years of professional experience in the HR sector, preferably in an international company with matrix structures
- Project and process management experience
- Leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate teams
- Structured, solution- and customer-oriented way of working
- High level of service orientation and strong communication skills
- Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
Co budeš dělat
- Overall responsibility for all hire-to-retire activities for the country of Germany
- Leadership and development of the H2R team
- Support and implementation of transformation and system projects
- Control and optimization of processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and standardization
- Close cooperation with HR business partners, local and international P&O operations teams and business stakeholders
- Ensuring accurate and timely HR processes (e.g. onboarding, life-cycle processes, offboarding, payroll deadlines)
- First point of contact for escalations and complex special cases
- Analysis of KPIs and derivation of improvement measures
