Completed university studies
Several years of professional experience in the HR sector, preferably in an international company with matrix structures
Project and process management experience
Leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate teams
Structured, solution- and customer-oriented way of working
High level of service orientation and strong communication skills
Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP)
Very good knowledge of German and English

Co budeš dělat

Overall responsibility for all hire-to-retire activities for the country of Germany
Leadership and development of the H2R team
Support and implementation of transformation and system projects
Control and optimization of processes with a focus on quality, efficiency and standardization
Close cooperation with HR business partners, local and international P&O operations teams and business stakeholders
Ensuring accurate and timely HR processes (e.g. onboarding, life-cycle processes, offboarding, payroll deadlines)
First point of contact for escalations and complex special cases
Analysis of KPIs and derivation of improvement measures
