- The Head of Controlling oversees budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Czech portfolio, supporting P&L analysis and KPI tracking.
- They collaborate with the Group team for data reconciliation and lead ERP-related reporting changes.
- This role also produces reports to help teams meet company targets.
- Managing budgeting, forecasting & reporting agenda related to country portfolio.
- Supporting the controlling team in preparation and analysis of P&L and BS positions and key company KPIs and developing means & reports to track and monitor them better.
- Cooperation with Group consolidation team on controlling & reconciliation of data for valuations, monthly closing & P&L reporting.
- Cooperation with Group controlling team on alignment & reconciliation of data, KPI & P&L reports and their methodology.
- Lead changes of reporting agenda connected to new ERP implementation.
- Supporting other teams by producing reports & analysis helping achieve company targets.
- Creating and maintaining a standard works database.
