Qualified accountant with experience in FP&A or finance in a medium/large organisation
Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex financial data
Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP (is a plus)
Knowledge of US GAAP and understanding of local vs. international standards
Strong organisation and planning abilities in a multi-tasking environment
Fluent in English and Czech

Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting processes, ensuring deadlines and alignment across the business
Perform consolidation and analytical review of financial forecasts and results
Prepare management reports, KPIs, and executive dashboards
Support board presentations and Group reporting
Manage profitability analysis (ABC reporting) and strategic P&L modelling
Collaborate with stakeholders on target setting, planning, and forecasting improvements
