- Drive Customer Care Excellence: Lead customer support processes across local Sales units, ensuring efficient inquiry-to-delivery workflows and high customer satisfaction.
- Lead Order Management & Service Performance: Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and key service metrics including on-time delivery, DIH, and NPS.
- Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Logistics to resolve customer issues and improve after-sales support.
- Manage Inventory & Logistics Operations: Coordinate purchasing, warehouse activities, and import/export processes to maintain optimal inventory and delivery performance.
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in customer care, sales support, order management, supply chain, or customer operations leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in customer service operations, order fulfillment processes, logistics coordination, and inventory planning.
- Proven experience leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to improve service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of warehouse management, import/export processes, and supply chain operations in an international business environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with fluency in German and English.
- Open to travel
Benefity
- The minimum compensation in Austria, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 68.676,58 EUR annual for a full-time position as of May 2026. But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
