Bulk Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

Co budeš dělat
- You are responsible and the main contact point to coordinate the supply chain for Bulk products (such as: LIN, LOX, LAR, LIC and GH2) in the tactical time frame (weekly planning)
- In this position you will be the primary interface between the Supply and Sales organizations to understand the demand and optimize the supply network by using tools like oTACT and hTACT to determine make or buy (sourcing) decisions
- This requires a close contact with the production team (ROC), local sales departments, competitors, sister companies and strategic sourcing team
- The area of responsibility includes the supply network of several countries and multiple products
- You will coordinate the Inter Company transactions within the region and with other Regional Business Units, control the invoicing purchase quantities and monitor SWAP volumes
- You coordinate spot projects, plant shutdowns (planned and unplanned), ASU campaign modes and backup supply requests and provide visible leadership during all crisis periods
- Also. you will initiated network analyses to identify future supply opportunities to improve productivity
- You will support the annual budget process
Koho hledáme
- You own a university degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Industrial Engineering
- You bring 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, ideally within the industrial sector
- You have a strong command of Czech/Slovak and English; additional Eastern European languages are considered a plus
- Are you able to analyse demand data, production capacities and can quantify economic impacts, and ensure accurate cost allocation to support decision-making
- You are aware about production and distribution processes including production cost components and logistic distribution bottlenecks and handle software application and have reporting skills with proficiency in supply planning and optimization tools
- Furthermore, you adapt to new tools and technologies with ease
