We are looking for a new colleague to join our accounting team as a
Bookkeeper. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional who is
eager to contribute to a collaborative and supportive work environment where

Co budeš dělat
- Fixed assets accounting – posting asset acquisitions and disposals including depreciation, maintaining related reporting, and providing tasks in connection with material and cash management.
- Participate in the annual inventory of assets, liabilities
- Ongoing posting of different kind of invoices and accounting documentation in the information system
- Perform documentary and financial control of accounting documentation reliability of supporting documentation, correctness etc.)
- Payments processing – preparing payment orders and managing bank statements.
- Purchase order system administration – matching purchase orders with invoices.
- Collection, verification and archiving of supporting documentation for invoices.
- Prepare the data needed for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with local accounting standards and in line with Krka’s accounting policies and other Krka’s instructions.
- Assistance in preparing audit documentation.
- Keep the records and document archive in line with local legislation.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by the superior and consistent with employee’s qualifications and needs of the work process.
- Carry out tasks and duties in compliance with regulations in the fields of quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and fire safety.
Koho hledáme
- University degree in economics (accounting background is an advantage) or secondary education in economics with relevant experience at least 3 years
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong command of Microsoft Excel.
- English at B1 level for communicating with HQ is not must, but highly appreciated
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an advantage, not a requirement.
- Pleasant demeanor and respect for teamwork.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to continuously develop professional knowledge and skills through ongoing learning and self-study.
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience is an advantage, but not essential.
- Clean criminal record.
