We are seeking a skilled Associate Maintenance Lead to oversee the strategic, operational, and financial delivery of site activation and maintenance activities across global clinical studies. You will play a key role in accelerating study timelines, ensuring compliance, and enabling efficient patient enrollment.

- Lead Site Activation and Lifecycle Maintenance activities including site identification, regulatory submissions, ethics approvals, and contract negotiations
- Drive strategic planning and execution to achieve efficient study start-up and maintenance timelines
- Manage start-up and lifecycle activities in line with ICH-GCP, protocol, and sponsor requirements
- Oversee regional delivery across multiple countries, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Develop and maintain Site Activation Management Plans and resolve project challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams, sponsors, and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Provide regulatory insights and define submission strategies; identify and mitigate risks
- Maintain accurate project tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Support bid defense activities and contribute to business development initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Koho hledáme
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinical research or scientific environment
- Experience working in an international clinical research setting
- Strong knowledge of clinical systems, GCP, regulatory requirements, and medical terminology
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
- High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills
